Good experience

I'm extremely pleased with the care and customer service. My eye exam was very thorough, and all of my many questions were answered with patience, and extensive knowledge of my specific needs. They have a large assortment of current eye wear, on many tiers of affordability. I definitely recommend this establishment.

I will say, I don't usually get comfortable at eye doctors... Them poking and proding at people's eye ballies.... Makes my jugular jump like a cheetah on labour day.... But this place was so nice and calming... It felt like home

Dr. Hwee and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They answer inquiries via emails and phone calls within 12-24 hours, which is a rarity nowadays.

Kudos to the team at Brooklin Vision Care for being super friendly and professional (and having the option of direct billing to insurance, which I don't see often). Dr. Taggar was thorough in the eye examination and took the time to explain things clearly, addressing all my questions and concerns. Great experience overall.
